According to the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service, active listings in Ada County dropped from 5198 in July to 5192 in August, to 5040 in September, to 4848 in October, and to 4587 in November.
In Canyon County, the number of homes for sale dropped from a high of 2697 in August to 2437 in November.
