Total home sales in Ada County:
June 2009 – 559
May 2009 – 448
April 2009 – 419
March 2009 – 369
February 2009 -265
January 2009 – 232
June 2008 – 533
Total Active Residential Listings:
June 2009 – 3770
June 2008 – 5098
Total Days On Market:
June 2009 – 94
June 2008 – 76
Sales up, number of listings down – both good news. Days on Market up over 2008 but that could be due to the number of short sales that actually closed and the length of time it takes the lenders to respond.
